1. Introduction
DocComment is an online code explanation and tandem reader platform that helps programmers and learners understand code thoroughly. These Terms & Services govern your use of the website and services provided by DocComment.

2. Subscription and Ownership
By purchasing a subscription, you gain the right to explain a certain number of lines of code each subscription period. Longer lines in code will be recalculated based on each line does not exceed 100 characters. In your subscription period, you own the code explanations you create when accessing from doccomment.com portal. When accessing from IDE plugins, if the code repositories are public, then the code explanations for that repositories are collectively owned by all avaialble subscribers and doccomment.com; if the code repositories are private, then the code explanations belong to you. You do not have the right to resell code explanations in any case.

3. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that your quota usage does not exceed 10% for monthly subscriptions or 5% for yearly subscriptions.

4. User Data
We collect personal data such as name, email, payment information, and code data. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://doccomment.com/privacy-policy.
